Disney traditions

What are some of your Disney traditions that must happen while on vacation? Mine is, that no matter what, my entire family rides its a small world at last once no matter how old we all are and on our last day we head to downtown disney and spend our last few hours shopping and eating at Wolf Gang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich.

First meal is at Earl of Sandwich Downtown Disney.
Must rub Cinderella's slip on the mural in the Castle.
