Disney Touring Masters - Please critique my MK touring plans :)

There are four of us and we'll be in the parks for 9 partial days in late January 2018. Myself, DH, DD11 and DS9. We're coming from the west coast so jet lag will be a real thing the first couple of days.

Rather than take full days off we're opting to go to the parks every day, but most days are not full days. We plan to be in MK on days 2, 5 and 8. We are staying on property (probably Port Orleans.)

The most important part is the FP and ADRs. The rest is flexible. If we're running ahead of time we can repeat rides or take more breaks. If we're running behind we'll skip less exciting items on the agenda.

Day 2, Saturday
Arrive around noon. Leave after HEA.

1) Space Mountain (Use FP 12:00 - 1:00 pm)
2) Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress
3) Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
4) Lunch, Quick Service (recommendations?)
5) Jungle Cruise (Use FP 1:00 - 2:00 pm)
6) Splash Mountain (skip if line too long)
7) Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (Use FP 2:30 - 3:30 pm)
8) Country Bear Jamboree
9) The Hall of Presidents
10) Swiss Family Treehouse
11) Snack (dinner replacement as we're doing the Fireworks Dessert Party later - recommendations for location?)
12) Liberty Square Riverboat
13) Fireworks Dessert Party
14) HEA

Day 5, Tuesday (found out after the fact this is probably an EMM day)
Arrive at 7:45 am for BOG breakfast reservations, leave to nap in afternoon, return for dinner

1) Be Our Guest Restaurant (8:20 am reservations)
2) Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Found out later this is probably a EMM day so we won't get on the ride early but we can be in line at the ride for 9:00 opening to beat the other rope droppers.)
3) Peter Pan's Flight (Use FP for 9:00-10:00 am)
4) Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid
5) Mickey's PhilharMagic
6) The Haunted Mansion (Use FP 10:00-11:00 am)
7) It's a Small World
8) Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (Use FP for 11:00 am - 12:00 pm). This will be a second ride or back up in case we don't get on for some reason first thing in the morning.
9) Lunch Quick Service (recommendations?)
10) Return to Hotel for a nap...
11) Be Our Guest Restaurant (6:05 pm reservations)

Day 8, Friday
Arrive at 1:00 pm, leave after dinner

1) Lunch Quick Service (recommendations?)
2) Pirates of the Caribbean (Use FP 1:00-2:00 pm)
3) A Pirate's Adventure ~ Treasures of the Seven Seas
4) Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor
5) Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (Use FP 2:00-3:00 pm)
6) Splash Mountain (Use FP 3:00-4:00 pm)
7) The Crystal Palace (5:00 dinner reservations)

I like how you mix in the 'anytime' attractions in the middle of the day.

Some suggestions:

• I would pair my Space Mountain FP with Buzz and Mine Train, Splash Mountain with Pirates & Big Thunder, and Jungle Cruise with Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan. It will reduce criss-crossing of the park. Build your other activities around your FPs.
• The Riverboat will not be open as late in teh day as you have it listed.
• Quick-Service. Cosmic Rays when you are in Tomorrowland. Casey's Corner or your resort's food court on your other days.
