Mears runs multiple shuttles everyday to and from Universal/Sea World/Discovery Cove. Cost is 14 per person RT. 3 and under are free. Call 407-423-5566 to make RES the night prior.

Also cabs are about 50 RT so depends on how many in party for your best price and what best fits your needs.
