Disney to the beach for non-drivers

We had a wonderful vacation with friends last year at WDW and Cocoa Beach. In fact we enjoyed it so much that I'm hoping to take DS7 back alone this summer. My problem, however, is that I don't drive. Does anyone know a good way to get from WDW to Cocoa Beach else on the Atlantic Coast without a car? I'd prefer not to go to the gulf because DS loves to boogie board in the waves.
