Disney tickets

Hi, just been surfing to try and find the best place to buy Disney tickets, most of the prices are pretty much the same.

Who do you guys recommend?

Have bought 21 tickets through Attraction Tickets Direct for the last 2 years. Looked for the cheapest price I could find and ATD matched the price. They sent them by courier during the postal strike last year which made me feel better. anyway, highly recommend.
Would buy all other tickets, Universal etc in the US as I have always found to be cheaper.

I've been told to wait and buy all tickets when we're there.....is this a bit risky then? Should I buy before we go? We'll be there over Christmas and New Year, would it make a difference if we were buying when we got there?
I live in Germany, but could maybe get things sent to my mum's UK address.

Their prices look favourable, but I don't remember seeing them mentioned here before (I haven't had any luck trying a search). Does anyone have any experience of them?

We use UndercoverTourist,and use the link thru Mousesavers(which you sign up to) for a few dollars more off.They issue real tickets,not vouchers+also do free delivery.Delivery normally takes up to 10 days but i received mine within 6.x.

All depends on which type of tickets you are after, we find Maple Leaf as good as anyone.

We always use orlando ticket deals they are normally cheapest and also do price match if not. You get genuine tickets so no messing once at the parks.

All depends which tickets you want, some are only available in UK, would be too late when you get there.

Some tickets are not worth buying from other sellers for example a 1 or 2 day base ticket, they are cheaper direct from Disney. I looked yesterday for someone for a 7 day magic your way base ticket, it was about £2.50 cheaper with Mapleleaf than direct with Disney, I wouldn't bother unless saving £10's
Mapleleaf compare Disney ticket prices to their own so you can see the saving instantly.
I like to pick up all my tickets, party tickets etc on 1st night at DTD, others prefer to have them sent.

www.attractionticketsdirect.com, they were offering 14 day pass for the price of a 7. They price match, give genuine tickets which arrive within a week. Highly recommended.

Thanks everybody for your replies, I found Floridatix had the 21 day tickets priced up at £175 for adult and £155 for child, but I decided to follow the advice on here and rang Attraction Tickets Direct even though they were £189 & £169 and true to their word they price matched Floridatix , so all in all I think its a cracking deal.

For our last visit we bought Attraction Tickets Direct 21 day ultimate tickets and reckoned they were the best buy. Although we always use the park hopper part of the tickets we never need the water parks as we prefer the hotel pools and we don't use the Disney Quest tickets. We found that with the current exchange rate it was cheaper to buy for next year with mapleleaftickets.com as we only bought park hopper and not the add-ons, we saved about £200 for the four of us doing it this way. It does absolutely depend on what you want to do while you are there.

Also, we can buy tickets now for Feb 2009 from USA BUT UK tickets have to be used by end of 2008.

You can source UK tickets for 2009 from a number of places.
I'm not sure how competitive they are this far in advance though.

You have to select 2009 from the drop down menu in some instances.

Thanks for that jakey, I stand corrected. I know when we contacted attraction tickets etc. at Easter they were not in receipt of 2009 tickets. Still we are happy at the savings we made from USA. I know that the USA tickets can still be pricier depending on your requirements and length of stay.
