Disney Tickets, Upgrading to Annual Passes.. trouble..

Well Disney allowed me to upgrade my 8 day used passes to annual passes after already using them at the parks. Well first time they lost my copies of my tickets. Then didnt receive my fax. Well they finally got all the info and now emailed them my credit card information like I asked. Well its been 60 days and no update or anything. Emailed them about a week ago to get a status. Nothing yet at the wdw ticket inquiries email address.

Call them. Call the operator and ask to be connected to WDW Ticketing.

Thats very rare that they would allow this though - so be ready to explain your situation to who-ever you talk to.
