Is anyone else planning a movie night themed for Frozen since it's being released next week? We want to but not sure on food. Any ideas? If you're planning one what are you doing for decorating and food? I'd love input :-)

Btw we have a 10 yr old daughter, 4 yr old son and 8 month old daughter if it matters for theme/food.

I am! Ive been doing a few themed dinners the last few Saturdays since we are leaving for WDW in 11 days! This weekend is Tangled and the next weekend were doing frozen! Ive seen so many desserts but not a lot of food. I was just thinking of making French toast and put some powdered sugar on it for snow. Then decorating with some homemade snowflakes, frozen decor and maybe doing some coloring sheets. Not sure on desserts yet since there's so many options!

I am considering it. I went to Pinterest for inspiration. There are a bunch of printables. I was thinking of making crowns for the girls. And reindeer antlers (Sven antlers) for the boys and girls that don't want a crown.

The only foods mentioned in the movie are chocolate and sandwiches. Unless you count ice. :lmao: So I ordered some Frozen cupcake rings to put on chocolate cupcakes. Going to make a vanilla icing that I am going to dye a very light blue.

Since it is based in Norway you could do some Norwegian food?
Make some 'reindeer food' or 'snowballs' (coconut cookies of some sort?)

Thanks everyone for the ideas and links! We have done a couple themed movie nights but none for quite a while. I guess decor could just be in light blues and silver? Snowflakes etc. Will have to look up Norwegian foods. I can't wait to pick up my move :-)

My daughter suggested soup since Hans offered it to the townspeople when the ice first came in. And carrots of course.
