What about some fish from Nemo??
Thanks!! The one on my leg is actually a design I found on a compilation CD at Starbucks, lol. I love that it symbolizes heart, body and soul.
I want my next one to be a broken heart with dragonflies around it symbolizing all the times I had my heart broken and the dragonflies are for hope.
LOL that is too funny. But, keeping your eyes open like that for designs helps you to find one in the strangest of places. I just love that. Way better than any flash art you'd get off a wall @ a tattoo shop.![]()
Oh that sounds lovely! Where are you going to put it?
\
Ok, I have wanted a Disney tattoo for age, but here is my situation:
I already have a dolphin tattoo on my upper outer thigh (I work with dolphins, so I love it and it fits me...it is small...maybe 2 inches). When I had my first child, I added a little baby dolphin swimming along side the larger dolphin.
So, I want to add something Disney, but I don't want a whole new tattoo in a different location, etc. What would your suggestions be? What could I add to my already existing 2 dolphins? Not interested in Ariel (love her, just don't want her on my bod forever...lol!)
Put ears on the dolphins!!!!
I feel silly when I tell people that...I have always had an interest in art so things like that catch my eye. Doesn't matter where I am or what it is, I am always looking to things that are visually interesting.
I am hoping to get it done on my shoulder kinda having the dragonflies going around toward the front...Not sure cause you would be able to see it in sleeveless which I can wear to work...but I can also have tattoos visable so, lol...
My brother is moving to S. Korea in August and we are supposed to get matching tattoos in honor of my grandfather before he leaves. We are thinking Mountains in the background with a bear claw in the foreground. We need to have it designed first.
Oh you shouldn't feel silly. I think it's very cool. I actually have a friend just like you with the artsy stuff. I wish I had an eye for detail like that.
Oh that sounds nice! Since you can have tattoos visible @ work I'd say go for it
Wow, why S. Korea? That is super cool! What's the meaning behind that design that you guys are thinking? If I'm being too nosy just slap me around and tell me to shushPeople that know me well know that I do this a lot.
Lol no you are fine. I am an open book, lol. My brother has decided to teach English...he loves to travel. He has lived in Ireland, Australia and Morocco. My little world traveler.
My grandparents lived up in the Adirondack Mountains in New York for a long time. They lived in the woods surrounded by deer and bears and moose. There is just something about a bear that reminds us of our grandfather. Big and Strong![]()
Guys I need some help. My brother has picked out the tattoo for my grandfather but the problem is I was hoping my next one wouldn't be tribal since I have two already. I like the design but was hoping for something a bit different. I wonder if I should just go with this one for now, or pick something a bit more "drawn" and realistic. Any ideas for bears?

A few pages back I promised to show another pic of my tattoo after I got some color in it, so here it is!

This photo was from 2 sessions ago. Now it is completely colored in. I plan to go back after my WDW trip to start on shadowing. Wasn't sure about it, but the artist said he thinks it will really make it pop. I trust him completely, so I'm sure it will look good. I just kind of told him to do what he wants! I'm thinking my next one will be an arm design. Not completely sure on it yet, but I want something like a vintage paisley tribal design a bright color fading into black. I'm pretty sure that makes no sense, but I can picture it in my head!

I've always loved the bear print/hand print that is the logo for the original Brother Bear movie. Have you seen that? That one's on my list for future tats! Otherwise, I have a cool Celtic bear print that I could send to you. I don't have it here with me, but I could find it at home and send it to you if you're interested.

that looks GREAT! I think adding shadowing to it will look awesome too! Thanks for remembering to post the pic with the color![]()
Thanks. I'll be excited to start on the shadowing now.![]()
That is gorgeous!!QUOTE]
Thank you. You're tattoos are very nice, too. I love tribals! I've got no ideas for bears for you, but when you decide, we'd love to see pics!![]()

Thanks! I get a lot of flack from people because they are "tribal" and supposedly cookie cutter.
I actually designed the Mickey myself and it's not so much tribal as it is celtic, and the one on my leg...well if it's tribal it's coincidence, lol.
I have until the 12th to decide, that's T-day![]()
Love all the tats. I have 13, but none of them are Disney, so I wont post them. But now I want to get another one!
