fallen_angel727 that will be really cool when it's done. Love it!
This will be my next tattoo which is set up for May...just need the $$$ now. I'm sure you've all seen these images before but my choice is Pocahontas! http://s1184.photobucket.com/user/t...2-4277-95af-fb57519c2c37_zps51c50c84.jpg.html

If people want to be offended, they will find a reason... is what I am trying to say... I like the image and see it as a strong female role model. Something I would not mind my girls seeing and asking the owner about.![]()
pixleyyy: Your Husbands sleeve is looking great! How many sessions will it take to be fully complete? Looks like it is a partial cover up of TAZ (true?)... If so I find this awesomely Ironic.![]()
well said and Agreed!Frankly, just about anything anyone tattoos on themselves may offend someone, likely just the fact that it's a tattoo is offensive. So if I can have something that is meaningful to me, than why not?
In preparation for our big WDW later this year, DH just started his right sleeve. This isn't quite halfway done. Sally will fit into that space next to Jack, who is sitting in a chair. Lock, Shock and Barrel will go below Jack & Sally. Oogie Boogie is the shadow in the moon and bats will be flying out of his mouth. The mountain will have more detail and will cover up his old Taz tattoo from 20 years ago.

By the way, I've got a PTR started and linked in my siggy if you want to join in.![]()

I couldn't have said this any better! I agree that there are some people who just don't like tattoos and will find any reason to complain. I was over 30 before I got my first and that is a rose with both my boys' names in the leaves. I've gotten two other since and they both have meaning to me. The third is in my avatar - it's a large WDW castle and it was to celebrate my FINALLY graduating college (where we also took a trip to WDW to celebrate). All 3 are in places I can cover up if needed for work or show if I want to display. I look at it this way - they're on my body so it doesn't matter to me if you like them or not and it's up to me if I show them or not. And like you said - my tattoos seem less offensive to me than some of the shirts out there today!
Oh and PS I absolutely LOVE your castle tattoo, the balloons make it awesome![]()
Just finished my new Alice piece today. 5.5 hours of ink total for this one. It's on my right leg. Totally worth the pain -- I'm very happy with how it turned out.
