Disney Tattoo Guy is Selling His Disney Collection

I remember Corey talking about Disney Tattoo guy on the show. Apparently he is selling his VAST collection of Disney stuff. 10,000 pieces. I don't have anywhere near that or anything as valuable as he does, but I would be so sad to have to sell anything. Watch the video he has some great pieces.

No, his 6,000 square foot house is in Pennsylvania.

I was just looking at the auction catalog. Interesting to see the estimates for some of the items under the pictures. There are some things I think are way high and some way low. He has a Jack Skellington stop action figure from the movie that they are estimating will go for $1,200, but a stop action figure from the Corpse Bride just sold for $30,000 on that new Hollywood Treasures show. I'm really curious to see what some of his things go for.

I've seen George at the Adventurers Club. I thought it was kind of creepy that he put tattoos of the actors on himself, as well.

I have been to George's home. It is a lot of stuff but not all of it is quality. A lot of custom made stuff. That will probably be the odd lots. I know his wife's family (at least the one at the time) owned the property the house was built on and there were some "issues" with ownership.

Oh cool. I bet seeing is house was definitely interesting.

I went through the whole auction catalog and I see what you mean about the custom made things. I was actually surprised there wasn't more stuff. It's 14 pages, but from watching the video it seems like there would be more if he is really selling his entire collection. I also looked at a couple things that didn't even seemed like they had be cleaned/dusted. If I was going to be around on the 15th I probably would watch the auction on-line. I'm curious to see what some of it sells for. I would even think about bidding on his Tiki Bird Big Figure. I loved that.

Nah, he lives in my area, Lehigh Valley, in PA. Never been to his house, but know where it is. (Used to be able to take tours I think).

Wonder what the deal is with him selling off his stuff? Funny too, his web site no longer resolves, hasn't for some time. It used to be www.disneytatooguy.com I believe.

I have to admit, I'm a little curious too as to why he's selling his collection.

I'd LOVE to tour the home though. I saw pictures when his website was up and running and think it'd be pretty interesting.....if someone weren't living there lol. I'd feel very awkward walking through someone's personal living space.

Well, apparently, somewhere in there, will be divorce #6. I wonder how long it will be before he regrets this move...

He lives not too far from us. I hope he doesn't regret this....apparently he sold off his stuff pretty cheaply.
