You're kidding me right?
We leave for Disney soon, and I didn't want to give the post office any more money for postage than necessary. My elements for the Newbie MK swap were done, and it was easier to make one trip to the PO anyway. Now, I get to rest and play with the family. We rode 8 miles on a local bike trail this morning (even DS5, such a trooper).Packing Instructions - use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element

Question: I am short one letter for my project. Ugghhh. Is it acceptable for one set to have completely different letters, but otherwise it is the same? I do have a backup plan in mind if it is not okay.

As only the hostess will see them all together as long as the colour/style works I don't think anyone will mind. I often end up with slightly different versions for each swapper - aminly because I'm so bad at calculating the supplies I need![]()
I'm done and wrapped by the way, posting tomorrow![]()
I have all of my ideas for my groups, now to find time to get them done before my kids get out of school. Their last day is Thursday and everyday next week one or more of them has something going on. So, today is my last full day of no kids. What I found made it easy for me is to print address labels with my name and DIS name. Then I handwrite the swap topic and group name. That way I only have to do a little handwriting. I slap that sticker on the bag with the elements.
Then all the bags go into a big bag with an address label with my name, DIS name and address. When you do alot of groups, it saves time to have part preprinted. Anyway, that's how I do it...
Do we send our own too?
Is the hostess sorting for each of the recipients or are we? I'm good for any way and don't want to put any more work on the hostess (especially with 10 groups!)
Thanks!
