Yes, the entire UK 'won'
We have a British Team for the Olympics - and World Championships, I believe - but compete seperately(sp?) in the European Championships (as Wales/England/Scotland - I'm not sure if N.Ireland and RoI compete seperately(SP?!) or together?).

Was a little shocked (and much delighted!) that we got it!

there won't be any French in Florida (they never go to WDW - or the US for that matter), but I'd certainly stay away from the Frog Mouse near Paris, where there won't be a Brit in sight.
Or maybe there will be. The Brits who want to escape the Olympic madness.

I hope the Olympic authorities in the UK are wiser in their ticket-price setting abilities than the Greeks were. Very few locals had the opportunity to go, since the prices were set in the stratosphere - as a result many many seats were empty - rather depressing for an athelete to compete before an empty stadium.

By the way, I was rooting for London to get it (well.....ok.....so perhaps there was a bit of "anyone but the French... )
