I received the offer, I was surprised to see Saratoga studio at $249 and a Savanna view at AKL $339! Or a family suite at AoA. Some great rates if you want to stay at those resorts and the dates work!

What's insane is that this includes 4th of July weekend as well.

We had no plan to go down again until December, but we couldn't say no to a week at Saratoga Springs for 250 a night. That's cheaper than rack rate at Pop Century.

I was booked at AKL 7/25-8/1 for a standard view room at like $295 a night with the 40% off AP discount. I decided to book the savannah view at $339 instead. Dont know if we will ever stay at the AKL so might as well get the better view.

I am so tempted by these rates, but DD has eczema and really suffers in the heat. We are Vermonters and I think it would just be too hot for us but, again, tempted. Persuade me that it is too hot, and we are smart to wait until winter! Ha, Ha!

Summer you need go early to parks, head back to resort and rest/swim, and return in evening. Even then it can be unbearably hot. If you are big park open to close family, summer is not for you. I will say my SIL gets heat rash at Disney in the warmer months that now she has basically resigned herself to go from about November to February.
