What's the difference between Disney's Character Premiere and Disney's Character Warehouse besides the locations? Which one is closer to Disney World?

What's the difference between Disney's Character Premiere and Disney's Character Warehouse besides the locations? Which one is closer to Disney World?

I do believe they are the same store, jus different locations. There is one at Prime Outlets(closer to Universal) and the other is at the outlets near DD(the name slips my mind).

They might both have slightly diff merchandise too..not sure..never been to both of them within a close period of time to tell
