Disney Store website shipping - Black Friday orders

I placed three separate orders on the Disney Store website on Black Friday. I used the free standard shipping for each one. One order was placed through the standard website, and the other two were placed using the Shop Disney app on my phone. I received email receipts for all three orders right away.

The two orders I placed through the Shop Disney app were shipped within a few days and have arrived. The order I placed directly through the Disney Store website apparently hasn't been shipped. I think the standard shipping with Disney Store was supposed to be 7-9 days, but I'm a little worried because I've already received everything from the other two orders.

Is anyone else having this issue? I was going to email to request an update, but I think I'm technically still within the period of time for standard shipping (if it's business days; it actually doesn't say the exact number of days on my email receipt).

I find the Disney Store to be very slow for shipping.

I didn't order this year at Black Friday, but in the past it's taken *ages* to get stuff from them. Easily two full weeks. Two years ago a set of holiday Minnie ears I ordered on December 11 arrived on Christmas Eve. Yeah, didn't get the kind of use out of those that I was expecting. Slowest shipping ever!

I ordered some stuff cyber Monday and I got an email saying it's shipped but when I track the order on the Fedex website, it only says a shipping lable was created. I hope it get it in time for Christmas! It's a gift and we leave for Disney the 31st!

Their shipping is probably the slowest of any website I have ever ordered from. We ordered some items on Black Friday, including the lightsaber umbrella that DH has been lusting after all year after seeing it in the parks during our February trip. I wasn't going to let him spend $70 on an umbrella, but it was just $35 with all the Black Friday discounts so I caved. He keeps asking me if I have gotten the shipping notification yet. Nope, nothing yet.

I ordered something on Black Friday never got a shipping notification, just five days after my order my shipment came through UPS...I guess I was lucky, but it ticked me off I didn't get a notification

My order arrived this morning and it was only a day after marked arrival date so I'm happy. I was worried nothing would arrive in time!

I finally received an email saying my order was being shipped. Oddly, it says the UPS shipment label was created back on Nov 29. Maybe the order fulfillment side of things is just completely overwhelmed in anticipation of the holidays. Now here's hoping the label is actually attached to a box containing what I ordered, and is actually on its way.

Probably one of the worse places I buy from in terms of slow shipping and notifications. Like others, I never even got tracking information so was clueless if I was going to even get my order, then things arrived randomly weeks later. All this was included on my feedback regarding my purchases. The next time I purchased, things were better. I actually got a shipping confirmation and knew approximately when my items were to arrive. I always allow at least 2 weeks for shipping when buying through the disneyshopping website. Never ordered through the app yet.
