I know it is very expensive, I bought something for $75 and think the postage was almost $50 and then custom fees were £20. Never cheap ordering from US but my dd was delighted with her birthday present that it was worth every penny

I know it's awful  I did look into getting the D23 membership but the postage put me off. There's so much good stuff on there too, it's not fair! :sad2: I have noticed some of the same christmas decorations are turning up on the disneystore uk website so maybe keep an eye on it in case they do :goodvibes

This is exactly why we dropped out of D23. It certainly wasn't aimed at anyone outside of the US - in fact the high postage costs seemed designed to discourage anyone from overseas joining.
We collected the D23 pins every month but because of the postage and import fees that were being charged we were paying 3x more than if we were in the US. On one occasion we had reason to ring up because an order had gone missing so they agreed to ship 3 pins to us in one package and not charge us for postage. HMRC however still charged us for the 3 pins and taxed us on the postage even though we never paid any. When we queried it they said they had charged for what they estimated it would have been if we had been charged

I placed an order two weeks ago and the shipping was $59. I did a bulk order for xmas presents. The order turned up yesterday, the box was so badly packed, two items were broken and the packaging had shattered on a toy for a 3 year old. When I complained they asked me to give them a call, which I thought was cheeky as I would have to pay for the international call. In the end we sorted it out over email, but two items are now out of stock so they are issuing me with a gift card. Not exactly great but....:confused3

Its a shame that disneystore.co.uk do not sell the same items on disneystore.com
