disney store in mall return policy

My daughter received 2 of the toddler dolls for her birthday yesterday. We love the disney store, however one of the dolls she received she already has, and quite honestly she doesn't play with dolls. Does anyone know their return/exchange policy so perhaps she could get something she would like?

With no receipt, and no gift receipt, you would get store credit for $20 for each doll, because they sold for $20 all day on Friday, it is a recent sale price. (I assume they are unopened, in the boxes?)

With a receipt you could get a refund if they paid cash. If paid by credit card, the credit would have to go back to the original credit card that was used at purchase (and they would have to be present at the time of refund, with that card in hand, otherwise, store credit for the amount paid at purchase). A gift receipt would give you a store credit in the amount that was paid for the dolls, assuming they were purchased within the last 30 days (except right now it is extended until Jan 31st I believe).
