Are there any current Disney Store discounts floating around the Internet? I get all their emails and see that backpacks are currently on sale- but I was hoping to find a 10%+ off discount.

if you have a disney visa card I believe you get 10% off. you would need to call the 800 number and ask them what the code is. Also you can check at retailmenot.com for any codes.

As above, there is a "Friends and Family" 25% promo coming this week.

Friends & Family starts tomorrow -- 25% off everything in-store and online.

Does anyone know how this works? I got the email saying Disney Visa cardholders get early access to the friends and family event, but I don't see a code or coupon or anything. I click on the link, but that didn't help either.

I have afternoon plans and am considering running over to our nearest store (45 min away), but I need to understand what the "deal" is first.

Ok - DUH!!!!
Just checked email again and see a new email from Disney. It is 25% off, on-line code is shown as well as a store coupon.

Last I checked, giftcardzen dot com had gift cards for 10.5% off. I've bought them in the past with good success.

I feel a little stupid asking this question, but does anyone know how to pay with a gift card on the disneystore.com site? I see options for credit cards and disney reward cards... I have just a regular old gift card that I purchased. Why have they made it so difficult?

I have had to put it on my credit card and then I immediately call the company and have them take the gift card balance over the phone. I have also done the whole order over the phone but it seemed to take longer to verify product numbers.

I think I figured it out. When I had a gift card in my cart it wouldn't give me the option of paying with a gift card. Once I removed the gift card the option to pay with a gift card showed up.
