Anyone have inside info, or historical data on when Disney store will run another xx% off entire order during checkout?

Back story, DBF and I have decided that the platinum & diamond Mickey ring on there would be perfect for engagement ring. It's a bit over 6k right now, so I've told him to wait until they are running a sale.

I'm signed up for Disney store emails and whatnot, but thought I'd ask to see if any of y'all know.

If you have a Disney Visa and you use your reward dollars to pay, there is 20% off. I am not sure if you have to pay the entire amount or close to the entire amount in order to take advantage of the offer. I loaded my reward card with the total only to discover I was 2 dollars or so short after the order was officially placed. I am not sure how it was recalculated but likely taxes or such.

Don't have rewards visa, but I'm hoping to catch a 30-40% off entire order. We just missed a 40% off by like a week or two after I found the ring and decided I'd rather have it than traditional e-ring.

Jewelry specifically fine jewelry is usually excluded. You might be able to use friends and family but I can't imagine anything else.

Ebates is running 15% cashback until this evening. Not sure what it excludes, though.

I spoke w/ a sales rep earlier today, and he said that since it wasn't a limited edition, or something else (can't remember) that it shouldn't be excluded, but who knows.
