haven't been to springs since 2017 and the restaurant we went to 4 years ago is now closed.
we have a group of all adults that would head to springs after our hollywood studios day--for a late dinner but definitely some drinks.
a few will be experiencing disney springs for the first time too.

Wine Bar George doesn't seem to have too much to choose from food wise (no kidding) which was our first idea

we definitely want someplace with yummy food, nice atmosphere and a great drink menu

we wouldn't be opposed to going to multiple places if there is a must do for drinks that is different than a must do for food, but it would be ideal and our first choice would be a place with good food AND good drinks

Our family enjoys Terralina crafted Italian. You can make a reservation which is nice. You can also request to be seated outside and have a water view. The food was yummy.

We love Ragland Road and Boathouse. We are actually doing those two places again in November. Might try Homecoming since it has great reviews and highly talked about.

For drinks, food, and fun, I'd agree with Raglan Road. Live entertainment can make it a bit loud at times but fun. Boathouse is also very good.

We love WBG but I understand it’s not for everyone.
Boathouse is a great one stop for all place and the menu is quite extensive.

There are many places there where you just decide on a type of meal and go for it. Nice mix of locals and tourists throughout.

Jaleo looks awesome for great food options with a variety of drinks. Of course Iron Chef Morimoto's; Morimoto Asia is always something creative with Asian flavors.

Raglan Road is a fun environment for drinks, but I don't love their food. I would recommend the Edison, as they have pretty good food, drinks, and live entertainment.

Jaleo or Homecoming. I would eat at Jaleo every trip if I could.

I wouldn't totally discount Wine Bar George... While the food options are limited, they're quite good.

If your looking for something a little more lively, try Splitsville. Their sushi options among other things are plentiful!

My vote also goes to Jaleo— just got back from a trip and a great meal there a week ago. And while you’re at Disney Springs, get a cookie from Gideon’s Bakehouse! Protip— leave enough time before your dinner to swing by Gideon’s and get your name in the virtual queue if they’re running one. I forgot that step and had 2 hour 40 minute wait after dinner. Others who came a little later than me got shut out as the queue was filled for the night.

And before you ask… yes. The cookie was totally worth the wait.

House of Blues has some awesome Shrimp & Grits! Has an outdoor dining area and music stage, but I am not sure that is open.

Seems as if you’re looking for ‘good vibes’.

Wine Bar George, The Edison, & Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar fit that description for me.

Boathouse can have a good vibe when sitting out by the water, but it can also feel ‘overwhelming’ versus ‘intimate’.

Raglan Road has a fun & lively atmosphere.

House of Blues has live music.

Homecomin’, Frontera, & Jaleo are my foodie choices - each have interesting cocktail menus too. FWIW, Homecomin’ can be a tough reservation.

And STK should also be on your radar.
