We're looking at what to do for lunch on our last day of our trip, and we thought we'd probably like to go over to Disney Springs.
We'll have a group of 8; 4 adults, 2 teenage boys, and 2 not so little girls (8 and 9 years old.) In the past, the kids have wanted Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex (and honestly, would probably still vote that way if I put it to them.) We haven't really explored the Disney Springs offerings at all, so I'd love some suggestions.
Here are the issues -
I'm recovering very slowly from a shattered ankle and leg, and while I'm finally walking a little, standing for any length of time is painful. We've actually bought a smallish, portable ECV that I'll be using most days, but was hoping not to need for this last short day, but we'll see. I really don't do stairs well at all.
We're hoping for a nice sit down table service restaurant that will appeal to kids/young teens that would probably rather be at T-Rex.
Some sort of interesting feel to the restaurant would be preferred. Tasty, interesting food would also be preferred. (Even the kids are used to, and enjoy, signature meals; we'll have just done Tiffins and Cali Grill.)
I'd love for it to cap off our trip with a special feel. While my husband and I bring our kids to WDW every year, this is just the second trip for our friends. This trip is basically our thank you to them for helping so much with our kids this last year while I've had so many mobility limitations, and I'd love for it to end on a high note.
