Disney Springs Lunch?

We're looking at what to do for lunch on our last day of our trip, and we thought we'd probably like to go over to Disney Springs.

We'll have a group of 8; 4 adults, 2 teenage boys, and 2 not so little girls (8 and 9 years old.) In the past, the kids have wanted Rainforest Cafe or T-Rex (and honestly, would probably still vote that way if I put it to them.) We haven't really explored the Disney Springs offerings at all, so I'd love some suggestions.

Here are the issues -

I'm recovering very slowly from a shattered ankle and leg, and while I'm finally walking a little, standing for any length of time is painful. We've actually bought a smallish, portable ECV that I'll be using most days, but was hoping not to need for this last short day, but we'll see. I really don't do stairs well at all.

We're hoping for a nice sit down table service restaurant that will appeal to kids/young teens that would probably rather be at T-Rex.

Some sort of interesting feel to the restaurant would be preferred. Tasty, interesting food would also be preferred. (Even the kids are used to, and enjoy, signature meals; we'll have just done Tiffins and Cali Grill.)

I'd love for it to cap off our trip with a special feel. While my husband and I bring our kids to WDW every year, this is just the second trip for our friends. This trip is basically our thank you to them for helping so much with our kids this last year while I've had so many mobility limitations, and I'd love for it to end on a high note.

If you will be at DS on a Saturday or Sunday, then I highly recommend Raglan Road for lunch/brunch. The food is great, and the musicians and dancers are so much fun! I don't believe they have entertainment during lunch on weekdays though.

Besides RR you've an awful lot of options at DS that could satisfy a multi-generational party.
For us, I'd probably edit down to RR, WBG, one of the Morimoto eateries, Jaleo, or Boathouse. The only reason Paddlefish wouldn't be on the list is because we'll be taking a short trip in the New England area in July and sate our love of seafood there.

Time to start perusing the menus to decide which best suits your party's eating style:).

We are huge fans of Frontera Cocina...it's Mexican/Tex Mex cuisine, but with a more elevated presentation and style! Plus killer margaritas!

We’re fans of Homecomin’ and are bummed we couldn’t make it there on a recent trip - not enough time. Raglan Road is also terrific. Maria and Enzo’s is also pretty good -we had lunch there last summer. It is on two levels but has an elevator.

We love Morimoto Asia in DS... it usually ends up being the best meal of our trips. The restaurant is beautiful, the service is great, and the food is awesome. I always recommend it.

Homecomin' is our favorite TS meal. I wouldn't classify it as an interesting atmosphere though, but the food is great. For something a little more unique in terms of atmosphere, I'd say Raglan Road or the Edison. Although, we've only been to the Edison at night when they have entertainment, so I'm not sure if it would just be a dead zone during the day for lunch.

Will you be taking the bus to Disney Springs? If so, it lets you off in Town Square area. If you select a restaurant at the far end of the West Side or over in the Marketplace area, it could be a good distance to walk for you depending on how much you can actually tolerate.
