Hi All!! Would the Disney Springs Hotel be services by the Magical express?

No. Disney Springs hotels guests need to arrange their own transportation. If you happen to mean Saratoga Springs, then yes.

Even Dolphin, Swan, and Shades of Green - which have always had the perks of and been considered ondite properties - don't get Magical Express.

Also, be aware that while the Disney Springs hotels do have a continuous bus system to the parks, they are not run by Disney. I believe they run every 30 minutes or so, each bus goes to 2 parks, and they drop off in the offsite bus area which is quite a bit further from the park entrance than onsite buses. (And at the TTC for MK.)
