Disney Site has an error, cant book new deal!

Oh, that site error is nothing new. I've been getting it off and on for the past couple of months.

Well, when sites put up that an major announcement is going to be made at 5:00 Eastern and that information is communicated all day on boards such as this, the computer system and phone lines are going to be jammed. It's called flooding the system.

And it will happen again once the new dining reservation system goes online.

I'm a little confused. Is the deal for all resorts? Because yesterday when they announced it, it was advertised that way on their website and also the DIS announcement has it. However, today when I went to the WDW official website, it only mentions the offer for Value and Deluxe Villa Resorts.
