together and send them to you in the mail before you get there. I start making them at 180 days out but this last time it took me only 5 minutes to call back and change one! I admit to changing them frequently to get a better time slot or add or drop the number. If you had a print out prior to your arrival you would be able to see all of your ADRs at a glance and finalize any changes/cancellations according to your plans.
Somehow I missed canceling one Thanksgiving day and had two separate dinner reservations.
If my Mama Melrose ADR hadn't been screwed up I wouldn't have called Dining and ever known I had two at the same time. I was more than happy to give up one. Then I spent 10 minutes going through all of the plans for the rest of the week. I did go to front desk of my resort and ask for a print out of all of the ADRs upon checkin and was told they couldn't do it. Why not have Dining send confirmations of ADRS, that certainly could help the situtation. Just a suggestion
