New Coca-Cola Collaboration Celebrates Star Wars Fans Across the Galaxy

We’ve got an incoming transmission for Star Wars fans: Disney and Coca-Cola are joining forces for an out-of-this-world collaboration, and the refreshment is strong with this one.

A Storied History of Creativity and Collaboration

“Coca-Cola x Star Wars: Refresh Your Galaxy” celebrates the power of fandom and community, seeking to unite fans throughout the galaxy. For many years, Disney has helped create opportunities for Star Wars enthusiasts to come together and honor the legacy of these classic films, whether it be through Disney After Dark: Star Wars Nite at Disneyland park, Star Wars Celebration or the annual May the 4th holiday.

This collaboration with Coca-Cola is another avenue for fans to connect through limited-edition products, fun creative content and an interactive augmented reality experience.

Disneyland Resort recently kicked off their 70th Celebration, and this collaboration builds on the 70-year relationship between Disney and Coca-Cola that began with the opening of Disneyland park in 1955.

While it all started at The Happiest Place on Earth, guests today can enjoy Coca-Cola products at various Disney destinations around the globe and will now have a fresh way to engage with these Star Wars–themed beverages for a limited time.

Find the Force in Every Bottle

The foundation of this campaign is new creative content across TV, digital platforms and physical activations that is set in a movie theater – which has long been a location for fans to experience the magic and memories of both Coca-Cola and Star Wars. Another key component is the exclusive Coca-Cola pack designs featuring iconic Star Wars imagery.

In total, there will be 30 specialty cans and bottles available for purchase: 27 in select markets around the world and three only available at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

Fans will be sent on an intergalactic journey to collect their favorite Star Wars icons, with product showcasing a variety of characters and scenes, including:

  • Original Taste: Lando Calrissian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Kylo Ren, Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul, K-2SO, Boba Fett, Poe Dameron, The Mandalorian, Cassian Andor, General Grievous and Emperor Palpatine
  • Zero Sugar: Darth Vader, Yoda, Princess Leia, Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker, Chewbacca, Han Solo, BB-8, C-3PO, R2-D2, Finn, Rey, Grogu and an Imperial Stormtrooper

Coca-Cola products are the perfect pick-me-up for any park day, and there will even be three special designs available for a limited time only at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort as an extra touch of magic for guests: The Mandalorian and Grogu, First Order Stormtrooper and Chewbacca.

With so many characters from across the saga, there’s something for every fan – no matter what side you’re on.

Sip, Scan, Share: A New Kind of Storytelling


But it’s not just about collecting, it’s also about connecting. Fans can scan Coca-Cola cans and bottles or street advertisements to unlock an immersive digital AR experience, allowing you to learn about the product designs up close. You can also record your own message of hope, inspiration or encouragement, just like a Jedi transmission (or Sith, Trooper, Pilot or Twi’lek!), that will be transformed into a hologram-style video to share with your community.

At its core, “Coca-Cola x Star Wars: Refresh Your Galaxy” is a tribute to the content and characters we love, the impact of fandom and the endless possibilities for connection thanks to innovative technologies.

So, grab your droid, gather your crew, and prepare to embark on a thrilling Star Wars adventure. The collectible Coca-Cola designs will pop up starting in July across North America, Latin America, Europe, Japan and Asia South Pacific, and don’t forget about the options only available in our galaxy’s most magical destinations!
