This guy made my day yesterday!
I had ordered some polo shirts for my kids from Disneyshopping some weeks back. They arrived the other day and I noticed that the one I had purchased for my son was waaaaay too small. I had ordered a boy's medium (he normally wears 7/8), but it was only marginally bigger than the girl's small I had ordered for my 6 year old.
The thought of shipping the thing back and getting another one (with additional shipping to boot) was kind of making me mad. I contacted Customer Service and Antonio resolved my problem with cheerfulness. Not only is he sending me out a large (free shipping!), he said I didn't need to send the medium back at all. Truth be told, the shirts were just $4.99 to start with (which made the thought of $8.50 shipping all the more depressing!) so I'm sure Disney isn't losing much money on me -- but they've made me a loyal shopper!
