Disney seems to be closing contracts quicker.

Don't know if this is unique or not, but we submitted our paperwork about 2 weeks ago and we received a call today saying that our contract closed. I thought that normally takes about 30 days.

Took 26 days to hear back from Disney that they waived on our resale. So maybe they caught up over the long weekend on their backlog!

They have added additional personal which allows them to close faster. In the past, Disney direct sales were processed first and the resales were processed when they could get around to them. Now I understand that they have dedicated people for direct and resale.

We received our paperwork on June 10th, signed it, and mailed it out. We got all of our copies back, and our temp. member cards on June 24th. We were told when we signed up that it could take anywhere from 30 to 90 days. Actually, we just received our permanent membership cards in the mail today.
