With India we can get a walking tour of a Dell call center.
I'm not sure I understand the attraction behind Russia as a choice. Is it just due to the history?
I'd like to see them keep the current countries and just add another. They definitely have the space back there to do so. Part of me is thinking they should avoid places like India and African countries because they are already represented at Animal Kingdom Lodge. I'd like to see something completely new.

I'd love to see Australia (a new IMAX film would be pretty cool) and I always pictured a new TS restaurant in the far corner of the lagoon that looked like the Syndey Opera House.
Russia would be a great addition, too, though.

Africa is represented with Morocco. The only unrepresented and fully populated continent is South America. I would love to see Brazil but I think if they expand it will be Russia or India. India is one the way to becoming the most populous country and there are plenty of culinary and architectural opportunities.
The Outpost was never intended to be a "country". It has always been just a filler. Back when Epcot opened, that spot was slated for Equitorial Africa. But, because of human rights issues and financing, that plan fell through.
There is actually room for several new countries to fit into World Showcase. Just a matter of money.
