I have just booked and changed my trip to include my DS4 as well as DD6. then a thought occured to me:which rides at disney am i not going to be able to ride because i would have to leave one of them standing on the side while i accompany the other one?

By the time we go DD will be 7 and DS will be 5, which may give me some leeway as I think some rides you only have to be 7 to ride unaccompanied. this doesn't really make me feel better though. I think i would survive on Dumbo if i could see her in another elephant, but can you think of any other rides where i may have to seperate from her?

from what i can remember most rides will fit 3 in the compartments, as most of them are quite wide. i'm sure there maybe some that only accomodate 2, but at this mo i cant think off any!! sure somone will be along to help you more on this.

Are you a standard UK size person or a standard US size person? ;)

That may make a difference!

My mum, Callum (ds9) and I share a seat in all rides except Indy car speedway - I ride seperately, and Dumbo, if I think of any more I'll post them but I'm sure thats all we seperate on

susieh, i'm pretty sure i'm a standard uk size and can shop where I like (with a few exceptions. Morgan, why are you so skimpy on your measurements :rotfl: )

When I went to WDW in '99 just with my two they were aged 3 and 6 and I don't recall having any problem riding any of the rides that we wanted. I seem to recall on the ones where only 2 of us could fit in that my son (the 6 yr old) rode on his own no problem.

I'm sure you realise that it is Height requirements & not age.Actually there aren't many that you can't squeeze 3 on to,not so sure about Big Thunder & Space is single seat one behind the other, you might struggle also on Goofy's barnstormer but then it is designed for kids-still fun though!! The only one that I can think of that you definately won't get side by side on is RNRRC & I would guess that your 5 year old would be too small anyway.
