Disney rewards

I am new to the Rewards Board here. What is the Disney Rewards. I do Mypoints and Milesource. What do I need to do and where?

but they have limited the number to 1000 at this time and they have closed new registration for the time being since they have reached that goal.Maybe in the future she will open it back up.
