Disney Rewards

HI,

How far in advance do you need to call to covert Disney rewards to the card so we can use it in July? We leave in exactly two months to the day

You can actually do this on the Chase web site. Look on the back of your Chase credit card for the site.

It could take up to 10 days to receive the Rewards card if you don't already have one. I would do that now. If you wait until the last few days ( I have done this) they will FED EX it to you for the FEE. I hated wasting the money, as long as it takes to earn it. Once, you have the Rewards card, it takes seconds to load the card, if you do it online. The card expires in Dec of what ever year that it posted on it. Make sure you do not Load more on it than you are going to spend. The unused points will expire with the card. I use all of mine, thank goodness.

Another option is getting s Rewards card at DTD (guest relations)and then call and they will transfer for you on the spot.

You still have plenty of time and can just transfer the Min now (20 I think) then right before you leave hit the web-sight and transfer the rest.


Another thing we do to not to have to worry about how much is left on the card is charge everything to the room and then do one payment with the rewards card (they can see how much is on it)

Wow, you can do this at DTD? I've always called in and had them mail me one. I think they expire 2 Decembers away as well, so timing is important.

Yes they do normally expire the following Dec from when you order them.Order today they will most likey Expire on Dec of 2009

Remember any points left on the card ( Not in the Account untransfered) expire with the card.

The DTD thing has been like that since I have had my card and that was before Chase . I think it's just one of those things not really advertised that much.

i went to guest relations in the park and had them transfer my points right then and there. the only thing you have to do is call the number on back of the card they give you and activate the card. if you have have $$ left on the card, just don't lose it as you can't get those points back!

We actually called the number on the back of the card while we were checking out and had them transfer my exact balance for the room expenses to the card so we wouldn't be left with a balance on the card.
