I'm sitting here trying to catch up on some long needed issues for CttM and I am reviewing past emails. CttM was fortunate 2 years ago to acquire the services of the company providing sign ups for the Disney Visa. Guess what??? This KILLS me!
I just heard back from the merchant as to why our links were no longer working. Apparently since Chase bought Bank One, Disney came in and makes executive decision for which sites are able to carry the sign up for the card. We had to reapply and did. Get this, DISNEY is no longer allowing Disney themed travel or fan sites to carry their campaigns. Does this make sense? This to me, is a blatant slap in the face to everyone who supports them. I'm ticked! How fair is that?? Granted, its their card, but its like telling everyone, so what, just keep paying us more and more and we won't cut you any deals.
I'm working with the merchant to get them to approve us anyway, I personally don't think CttM should be excluded as all it would take is say a flower theme or plain black and white for them to approve our site. But then again, the flower or plain black and white cards might take issue with our site
