Disney rewards through Chase..

I've got some Disney rewards from my Chase CC. I sail on Monday, and of course, I can't find my card that you transfer the awards money to.

Am I out of luck? Is there any other way to use the rewards on this cruise?

No other way. You must have the card to use the rewards. Do you have time to stop by WDW? You can pick up a card there. After getting the card, you can call and have the rewards transferred to the new card. Information below:

I believe you can pick up a new Rewards Redemption Card either at the terminal during check-in, or onboard at Guest Service. Then you'd need to call Chase and transfer the rewards, but you should be able to do that easily while the ship is still docked in Port Canaveral.

Did you contact Chase? They might be able to rush a card to you with the points uploaded.

Our card didn't look like it would arrive in time last time so dcl told me I could get one easily in the terminal. It ended up showing up so I didn't try it but I was assured I could get it there.

definitely try the terminal, and if no luck there, try GS onboard. on one of our dream cruises we accidentally left our rewards card in our car in the parking structure, and the concierge got us a new one so we could call and transfer our rewards before we left port. we were still docked so idk if they sent someone to the terminal, or if they got it at GS onboard, but it didn't take longer than 10 minutes so they couldn't have gone far.

They are the same thing: 1 reward point = 1 dollar
I think my statement calls them "reward dollars" but doesn't use a dollar sign $. And they are now shown with decimal -- so dollars and cents.

i wonder if it might be worth contacting shoreside concierge, and asking that they leave a rewards card in your room, or have one at the concierge lounge that you can pick up during your "orientation" when you board. it might not hurt to try. then at least they have some notice and know you will need one.
