Disney Rewards Redemption card!!! HELP!!

Hi,
I know that this question does not belong here, but I am not having much luck on the Disney Rewards Program board. I am hoping that someone here can help me!! I am trying to request a rewards redemption card. I have been on the credit card's website AND tried to do it by phone and I am not seeing/hearing how I can request one!!! Am I missing something here!! lol Gosh, I feel ignorant, but I just don't know how to go about doing this. We leave in Sept, so I wanted to make sure I had it before then.

Can anyone help me please???

Did you just try calling customer service? The primary card holder has to make the request.

I just did it the other night....don't go through the automation...just hang on the line or hit 0 a few times...someone should pick up after a few minutes.

Please call Chase Visa # on the back of your credit card. There is an option for Disney Rewards.

When you get connected, request your points to be transferred to a Disney Reward card.

Tell them the date you leave for WDW.

It will take from 4 - 6 weeks to get your Disney Reward card in the mail.

Ot will come in a PLAIN whte long envelope - DO NOT throw it out.

Today I called the number that it says to call to request a rewards redemption card (again). Only this time I just keeping hitting "0" and within a minute a live person was on the phone. She said my rewards card should be here by the 12th!!! So, that was much easier than what I was going through before!!

I am also planning to do this and also have not had luck on the rewards board with a question I had....Where is guest relations in DTD Westside? We are eating there night 1 and thought that would be the perfect time to pick up the card/points. Anyone know where this is located?

My trip is in 3 weeks and I wanted to use my reward card to pay for my MVMCP and KTTK tour tickets in advance! Will this be possible? I'm afraid if I wait till I arrive to get my reward card, my MVMCP & KTTK dates might be sold out! Help!

You should be able to pay for them with your rewards card. Just give the card number to the castmember that you speak to on the phone when you book your tour and order your tickets. Dont forget that your eligible for a twenty percent off discount on the tour since you are a cardholder. Im not sure whether you have to pay using your visa card or if using the rewards points is enough. But you might want to ask about it when you book the tour.

My trip is in 20 days. I have 175 reward points which I havent redeemed yet. If it takes 4-6 wks. to arrive via the mail, I don't think I have enough time.

I was hoping to use my reward points to pay for my KTTK tour and MVMCP ticket and to upgrade my free dining to the plan with table service meals.

Can I call to redeem my points and get some kind of verbal confirmation number that I could use to purchase my KTTK ticket and MVMCP ticket and to upgrade my free dining?

If not and I wait till I get to DD to redeem my rewards, can I use my 175 reward points to pay for everything I've charged to my room during my stay?

I'll probably need to call the Disney Reward phone number first thing tomorrow morning to see what they tell me.
