disney rewards....how long?

i made my first purchase on my Disney Rewards card about a week ago. how long does it take for the $50 gift card to come in the mail?

I could be wrong, but I believe the $50 comes after your first purchase. Someone please clairify, as I'm not 100% positive about this.

yes thats what i read, but i was just wondering how long after the first purchase it came

When I opened my account, they posted $50 reward dollars to my rewards account..I didn't get an actual gift card in the mail. The rewards dollars usually post within a week of the statement closing date I believe.
