Disney Rewards - Extra Points Question

Hi all. For the first time in the many years I've had my Disney Visa I got the 3x rewards for Oct-December for groceries, gas and restaurants. I signed up and so far have only gotten the 1% back. I called and customer service said it can take up to 6-8 weeks for those extra points to post to your account. Has anyone else run into this? I'm hoping those points post like they are supposed to because I have spent a lot on groceries and really want those points!

I was told the exact same thing, 6-8 weeks after the end of the month. Keeping my fingers crossed with you!
