Disney Rewards at Hollywood and Vine

I have a couple hundred Disney reward points and would like to pay for our Fantasmic lunch at Hollywood and Vine so we can get the 10% discount. The discount is valid there but it says something about see details for restrictions. Does anyone know if the reward card can be used to discount the Fantasmic lunch?

So this is the note that goes with those that have restrictions (It's in the tiny, fine print at the bottom of the perks page)

" For locations where it is noted to see restrictions, the discount does not apply to the following dates: 11/26/15, 12/24/15, 12/25/15, 12/31/15, 1/1/16, 2/14/16, 3/27/16, 5/8/16 and 7/4/16. "

I'm assuming more 2016 dates will be added but it will likely be Thanksgiving and Christmas-time days.
