Disney reward card questions

How long does it take to get your Disney reward cards? We want to use the points to buy some park passes. We plan on only going to MK. Where do we go to buy passes for the day?

It took about 4 weeks to get mine but they say it can take up to 6 weeks. You can buy 1 day passes right at the gate using the Disney Rewards Crad.
