You can't really go by those numbers as people have different views on what an excellent or poor would be, sometimes its price (if its really expensive they'll give a bad review, really cheap, they'll give a good review and then the #1 spot could be bad but because its so cheap and somewhat decent, its #1 but not really deserving of a #1 spot), or a bad server, didn't like the look of the table (or some other ridiculous thing like that). This isn't just for Disney but for any city. Also reading the reviews aren't always accurate as if someone hates one little thing, the review is off, or just the opposite, or how many posts they have (if they have one, i'm very leary of their review - good or bad).

At least number 1 in this case doesn't seem so bad Victoria and Albert's does seem to be quite a dining adventure

Seeing as how Bistro de Paris, only slightly below Victoria & Alberts in food quality, presentation, and service is the lowest ranking TS at Epcot, I put no value in this list. I've eaten at all but one TS in Epcot and there's no way Bistro would be last.

I have to wonder when they place Sci-Fi above Brown Derby.
But guess Sci-Fi appeals to more than BD. Food-wise I do not know how they could be compared.

I think it is funny Boma is higher than Jiko and WCC is higher than a Chef restaurant (Todd English's Bluezoo) I found this kinda fun and interesting haha..I usually go by what sounds good to me and not others (im more of a try first for my own experience type!)

Since V&A is one of only 46 restaurants in the entire country that is rated with Five Diamonds by AAA I can easily see why it is the #1 restaurant in Orlando.

Well-interesting I guess, but WAY out of order if I were rating these places.

O'hana over Citrico's?? Nine Dragons over Bistro??? Beaches and Cream over Shula's and Blue Zoo???

I sincerely hope NOBODY would use this list in planning their meals at WDW--

Perkins Family Restaurant is ranked #40. That is enough to convince me to take these rankings with a grain of salt....a very small grain of salt.
