you'll get many more responses to this question over on the DVC board but I'll answer what I can for you
OKW
Pros: You can park in front of your own villas, they are much larger than all the other DVC villas for the most part, it's beautiful and relaxing and doesn't have the HOTEL feel, more of the home away from home feel. Boat to DTD as well as walking path.
Cons: Not able to walk to any of the 4 parks (path to DTD though). No room service, limited to pizza delivery. No valet parking. Buses to everywhere except DTD (DTD choice of boat,bus or walking path). Many feel it's too far removed from the parks, but personnally I don't agree.
BCV's
Pros: EXCELLENT location. You can walk to Epcot and MGM as well as boat ride. Room service available as well as walking distance to lots of great resturaunts as well as onsight resturants. BEaches -N- CREam YUMM! SAB best pool on Disney Property. Valet parking. BWV's is within walking distance for an alternative nighttime activity.
Cons: Buses to MK and AK (& waterparks and DTD) are shared between BC,YC,Swan,Dolphin, and BW. Villas are a little smaller and more boxy in shape like a hotel room but larger.
Good news is I can't think of anything else
