kimmar, you should've seen how thrilled my mom and I were with the towel animals! We were like two 8 year olds. We even took the Mickey head off the bed carefully and placed it on the floor in the same proper Mickey position. We had great Mousekeeping at the WL. That resort definitely has a peaceful, laid back ambience to it.

What a view to wake up to every morning!!

DS and DD found thier happy spots quickly.. after a long drive it wasn't hard for them to find it. The beds were as comfy as they look!!

The bathroom was large enought to handle this family of 4..

We can't wait to go back!!

thanks for the pictures of the 1 bedroom OKW. Just found out Friday night that our wait list for a 1 bedroom at OKW came thru and was so happy to see pictures other than what's on allears. We have only stayed in the studios at OKW, so the extra room in 1 bedroom will be great! Do you remember what location you were in? My daughter wants Turtle Pond area, she fell in love with that pool there because she could have it all to herself most of the time during our visit last year (go figure, they put in the new waterslide at main pool, and she is only interested in Turtle Pond pool).

Keep the pictures coming.......anymore Poly gardenview (we are doing a split stay!....1st time at Poly)

Thank you to everybody who has posted pictures on this thread! I've had so much fun looking at EVERY page this morning. And I've learned alot too! I never realized how beautiful and spacious WDW suites are! Definitely on my to-do list now. Gee, thanks. There goes more of our money to the Mouse. A Disney freak's gotta do what a Disney freak's gotta do, right?

This past December, we split our stay between AKL and BWV.

Up first - AKL, our room was SV and since there have been quite a few of those shared, I won't bother with them. I took lots of pictures at the pool, not many in the room anyway.

We had a one bedroom, SV at BWV (notice the air mattress on the floor, twin size, fits very nicely)

The view from our first floor patio, we came to love having a first floor room with this trip. We loved having a beautiful "yard" in front of us.

One thing is for sure, after looking at all the beautiful room pictures on this thread, I will be sure to do a better job on our next trip!

The picture in my signature is from our trip this spring, we had a ground floor room (told you we love ground floor now ) at the Contemporary. It was GREAT! Pictures coming from that trip next.

We stayed in a North wing, lakefront room at CR in April.

This is my DD (8, turning 9 during our trip) on the "beach" just a few yards from our patio.

Our room is on the bottom floor, far left end of the building in this picture

Our view was Bay Lake, the land you see is Discovery Island

Our ducks, which we loved having come visit, but they do leave a mess on the patio. We had to clean the chairs and table off to sit out there

More views outside our building, it was very private, we were always the only ones out there

Once again, I really didn't get any good pictures in the room. But I will next time.

The second part of our Spring Break trip, we spent in a grand villa at OKW.

We loved the location of our building, but darn it all! The grand villa started on the second floor of the building. So this was the view, through some trees, from our "1st" floor patio

Here's our view from Contemporary -I believe it was 4448 MK View- but I can't remember. The fireworks are from 4th of July 2005 - absolutely fabulous view. I'll post the actual in room photos as soon as I can find them

Just a big "Thanks" to all who posted pics. I was able to see resorts that I otherwise would not have looked at and hopefully will someday visit.
Planning my trip for Oct 07 and now I'm really confused on where to stay
Guess I'll have to get my map out and start all over
