Disney Reservations Website Down and Special ends Tonight

Disney's hotel reservation website is not working at this, nor for the past several hours. They have a special that ends 1-24-17 (today). What if it does not come up by the end of the day or actually the phone reservation people leave at 11:00 PM. It is now 10:15 PM. Do you think that they will extend the special or honor it tomorrow?

I would hope so, but I doubt it. I am in the same boat as you. I got my airfare ticketed and clicked to purchase my stay and nothing happened..............
As much as I love Disney, their website is so poorly run. These types of downtime events should be in the middle of the night. (yes, I realize that would affect international travelers, wish it wouldn't)

I am having the same issue. I did try to call several hours ago but the agent said the entire system is down it's not just the page

I doubt it. It was having issues all day yesterday when I was looking at rooms and dining. I think the system just isn't what it should be for a company with the traffic like Disney

I literally got all the way to the last step to book my room and I kept getting an error message, I called WDW and was told the system just went down a few moments ago.. arrrrggggg !!! frustrating

Ive been on hold for an hour. I arrive tomorrow but my dd mistakenly told csr that i was arriving tonight! She's a CM, and booked us a discounted room for our stay When she went there there, to show her ID to get me the discount, she panicked when they said the reservation is for tomorrow! She thought it was for today, so she had them add tonight!! I need to get tonight off the record. Just got off the phone, after an hour plus, and they told me the reservation shows tomorrow checkin. Of course it does! So, now she has to stop on her way home to make sure they don't charge me for tonight, or cancel the entire reservation because I didn't show up today!!! Oh brother!!! Not so sure the website they are seeing is 100% correct!! We shall see.
