We are proud to announce the 2011 Disney Reservation Center theme....

"Let the BAD Memories Begin"

Has a discount code ever teased you only to have black out dates for during your vacation dates? Did you ever get excited to get that email with a pin code but it was for your 2nd cousin's wife's great uncle that ate dinner with you one time in Epcot? Have you ever been a Annual Passholder sitting at your computer waiting for room discounts to be released? Have you ever called DRC to see if you have a pin code on your account only to hear the word NO? :sad1:

Well you can start today making BAD memories that will last a lifetime. So what are you waiting for? Start planning your next vacation and let the BAD memories begin.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

PS I have never received a pin code and if Disney can hack my account and find out who I am .....Then I am sure I will never get one!! :rotfl2:

PPS Disney...I am only kidding. I still love you!

You have to find a way to send that to Disney. Maybe they will get the hint.

I feel the same way as well. At this point I'm usually all set with reservations/ADR's etc. and am anxiously counting down to our summer trip. Not this year. I have a room only booked and will most likely cancel. It has definitely not been fun planning this year; part of the process I used to enjoy. I've only called twice to check on summer discounts and I chatted online with a CM yesterday which didn't change my feelings at all. They all seem to contradict themselves. Just out of curiosity I tried to see if I could get an ADR at some of the popular places. Sure enough I found availability at both the Castle and LeCellier in May, June and July for dinner. Either bookings are down or people are eating off-site or counter service. In either case, wouldn't a general public offer be in order? I'm tired of random pins.

My bad memory began today when I called to add one day before our package begins. She quoted me a rate of 216 for one night at POR in May. I said that I thought there was a room only discount. "Oh. You are interested in that?" No. I want to give you even MORE of my money.

Bad memory, but sad I had to ask to get the price. Imagine all of those who don't know!

I did get a good laugh out of this. In fact my dh asked what I was laughing about. We are infact booked on a pin but my first 3 days arent covered. So he understood why I was laughing.

LOL, that's why I laughed so hard too. I'm staying at Universal for 3 nightrs because the first 3 nights of my trip my dates were not covered by the pin, and there was no way I was going to pay RACK! :scared1:

I've come to understand there is no way to figure out how Disney operates. I called and was happy to hear I had a great room only pin (35 and 40%) only to find out 3 hrs later when I called back to actually book that Disney suddenly discontinued that pin but I had a new one of 15 and 20% :confused3 I can never understand how one CM can put me on hold for 10 minutes and comes up with a pin yet another takes 30 seconds and says "sorry, nothing for your name". I understand the one who takes 30 seconds is just lazy and can't be bothered but for a CM to spend 10 minutes to find something....how complicated can their system be?
