I'm trying to sign up for this but I'm having trouble with my reservation number. How are these meant to look? I have booked through a travel agent and she has given me a number but its saying they cant find it when I type it into the registry!

Hi,

It should be an 8-digit number.

I went through a travel-agent too and had some problems. First it takes a couple days instead of it being faster with disney and then the phone number had been put into the system wrong. If you call the help number at disney registry (if you are getting an error code it should list the number) and they are more than helpful to get it running. Once I called them things have been fine ever since.

we have been given an 11 digit number, my mums one works fine just not mine and its been booked since may!

I'm in the UK so I'm trying not to call disney as its expensive so I'm hoping my TA can sort it
