I remember one of my favorite deserts was form the old Disney Village Inn at WDW....Fried Ice Cream. I used to go over there just for desert. It's easier to order out then make so I haven't used it for these swaps. But, I haven't found a restaurant that does a good job of making it since Disney Inn closed.[/QUOTE]
We had our first Fried Ice Cream years ago at the Disney Inn too! We haven't found anyone that makes it as good as theirs was.
No, I had it a couple of times at other restaurants and it wasn't good. I do have the recipe from The Disney Inn in one of the earlier Disney Cookbooks. I haven't tried making it, though. That's the main reason I was sad to see that resort close!! It was peaceful going over there for a meal and it was a good restaurant.
I got Part 2 by mistake! I meant to buy a cook book at WDW (Easter 2005) and got distracted. When I got back I emailed to get that (I think it was cooking around the world or something) and a set of Christmas ornaments. I got two completely different items from what I was expecting but at least it brought a little extra Disney magic!
I haven't started this yet. Do you want to do the Chicken Cacciatore in Group 1? I can send you the recipe or you can find it on All Ears. I don't have this one planned out in my head.

Crikey! I just found the best deal on eBay for my cookie recipe!! Now I can't wait to get them so I can finish the layout. I also found the cutest brads for my Mousse!!
