Does anyone know what the age limit is at DQ to go without a parent?

My dd (12) would like to go to DQ during our trip next month. My wife and I have regular APs. I was planning on getting her a UPH so she could go to DQ. However, would one of us still have to buy a DQ ticket to get her in?
