It is an "indoor, interactive theme park" or, as Robo says, a big arcade, though there is a bit more to it. They have older VR style games, and group games, like the Pirates of the Caribbean game, which has projections on 3 walls and a boat that moves as one steers and the others all fire cannons, and a "Cyberspace Mountain" where you design a roller coaster than ride it in a pitch & roll simulator (similar to Sum of All Thrills at Epcot). There are a few other things like that as well, plus a floors with just games form recent to classics. On a coll note they also have the "Fix-It Felix Jr." games from Wreck-It Ralph.
There is an "Animation Academy" that is free to participate in, though it is done digitally and if you want a copy of your drawing I think you can buy it. There are also music video booths that you can buy the final product from if you want.
Honestly, the place is okay, but very dated. I LOVE the POTC game, but everything else is kinda meh. I do love the classic arcade games (and Ski Ball!), but the working condition of some of them is questionable (TRON where the spinner doesn't work?), but at least they're all on free-play.
