Disney Quest - with a 4 & 6 yr old

Do you think my two girls ages 4 and 6 will enjoy Disney Quest or just a waste of time and money?

i would not take children that young. maybe the 6yr old if she is into video games, but definately not the 4yr old. not much for there for that age.

We use to go to DQ every Friday for a quest burger. Since the birth of our 2nd son, we stopped. There is very little for him to do there. I have seen so many little hearts broken, because the child didn't meet height requirements for the Buzz bumper cars.

Here is what a small child can do:

5th floor----skee ball, video games if you hold them up

4th floor----kick the soccer ball, play video games if you hold them up, watch the computer at the cheesecake factory dessert area

3rd---play video games if you hold them up

2nd---(maybe play aladin)

1st---gift shop

DQ is a dream for anyone totally into arcade games. We (2 adults and DD8 were not thrilled) many of the simulator rides and the bumper cars shooting balls were not working properly - and the only thing we even remotely cared for was the Pirates ride. I am glad we finally got around to trying it so we can check it off the list, but we would not go back. I wish you could eat at the food places without paying to get in!!!!

I also don't think there is much there for a 4 year old. I am not even sure if a 6 year old would find very much. DQ is geared more to tweens and teens and everyone older who likes video games and and interactive type activities.

We were just there. My 7, 11 and 13 year old sons loved it. I don't think a 4 year old would do well. It was very very loud. I had a headache by the time we left. If your 4 and 6 year olds do not like loud noises (and I mean constantly), then you should skip it. Spend a day at the pool instead, it will be much more relaxing.

No DQ is not good for a 4 year old. As said before its mostly arcade games and interacting things. Not to mention it can be very crowded and some of the teens there might not be very polite! I'd wait till maybe 8 but thats just me.

We just did DQ in Dec for the first time. My youngest was 9 and though he enjoyed some things he really didn't enjoy DQ as much as the 12,13,14 year olds did. Great place for older kids and arcade buffs but ds and I kinda wondered around until we got to the OLD arcade games. He played the bowling game and I played Mrs. Pacman for about an hour. So, no I think there really isn't anything much to do for younger set that would cover the cost of admission. HTH!
