Disney Quest Question

I am going to try to get the Courtyard Marriott in DTD for our first night prior to starting our FTP at ASMO. We should arrive around 2 or 3 pm on Sept. 11th (a Thurs.) I know DSIL, DD, and 3 of the DGC will want to go to Disney Quest, I will stay with youngest DGS (3yrs.old) at the hotel and hang out at the pool. My question is....can they walk from the hotel to Disney Quest ? Is it a short distance? The 3 DGC are 7,5,and 4, or will it be easier if they take the bus?

Sorry, I don't have the answer to your question about the walking distance. I wanted to mention that if you're planning on Disney Quest the day before your FTP starts, you will have to pay for admission. If you wait a day though, it is included. Just a thought - have a great trip!

They could walk easily over to the Marketplace and scope out Once Upon a Toy, the best toy store ever. Plus check out the pin trading and World of Disney Store. They could eat ice cream at Ghiradeli's and visit the Candy Store.
