Please advise if once you are in Disney Quest are there extra charges if you do something? Is it worth the money? Have a 13 year who loves video games but don't know if much time to stop here. :confused3

A few things cost extra but there is plenty to do at no extra charge. I wouldn't go if I didn't have several hours since it is costly and a video game nut will not be ready to leave after a very short time.

My DD8 enjoyed it last Spring. We only stayed for about 3 hours and it was included as an extra on our Convention Parkhoppers. She doesn't really play video games so a short visit was enough for her. She loved the bumper cars, building and riding the virtual coaster, the virtual Pirate ride, and making a custom CD. Buying the CD was extra.

Everything there is included. The only things that aren't are the food and if you want the videos of the rollercoaster you made or CD''s of the song you made. There is plenty to do there, we were there for about 5 hours and the kids had a blast!

The only other thing I can think of that we paid for was the digital "paintings" the kids made on the computer screens. You have the option of having them printed and we did on our last trip.

We love DQ and went several times on our last trip. Our favorite is the POTC game...such a blast!

As others have said, there are some things which cost extra and, obviously, the food is not included but the majority of rides, games etc. are included with the entrance fee.

I have read various reports about Disney Quest on here. Some like it and some don't. For us, we had to spend a whole day at DTD last September while waiting for our airport pick-up and went to DQ. We left for a couple of hours to go to the pictures but mostly spent about 5 hours there. There is plenty to do and, when we were there, there were hardly any queues for anything although I believe it can busy when it's raining and at weekends.

We have been in twice from opening to closing. Will be going again August In the line for opening and they will have to throw us out at closing. One of the best value days in Disney after MNSSHP.
